Here we go

The A/V grinders are headed to Vegas once again to embark on another project while juggling the hundred others we are involved with, but don’t worry, I am sure by not sleeping for the last six months we can still get it all done. Our approach to the next six will probably be the same, hit it hard and fast and keep moving, don’t stop or you might sink. Anyway, the fact that I am heading into new territory with my 100 mph club members, puts me at ease knowing that no matter what, that battle is already won. Until the next time , grind hard, grind fast, but just grind

Windows,
TODD ADLEFF
Once again windows proves to be a piece of Junk. Im on a show today where a big presenter comes in this morning all excited an confident to do his talk using ppt and a bunch of interactive web browser programs to show. Believe it or not he actually came in the night before to test all his stuff and make sure it worked. Imagine that, this guy was a dream come true right? The thing he didn’t think about was that his great new windows 7 computer was gonna fail him the next morning and the sad thing, he would never even know why. Sound familiar, something always going on or going wrong and ya never know why when using windows. He comes in the next morning, we hook him up to all the same equipment right down to the cable. His computer won’t output at all and he can’t get connected to internet. Reboot 3 times which took about twenty minutes. Tried everything we could possible and nothing. He was not happy. But what can ya tell him? Sorry, your computer sucks? I hear everyone out there trying to convince themselves that the next windows is always gonna be better all the time. For what? You can buy a 7 year old mac that runs better than windows 7. I have seen so many people lately just fighting through their whole day trying to do business with their windows computers. If I wasted that much time just trying to get my computer to work everyday for my business, I’d be broke. It’s actually starting to be hillarious for me to watch. It usually starts out a bunch of people in the morning sit down open there laptops and try to get stuff done. A couple hours later half of them are closed because something went wrong with at least half of those peoples windows computers. An hour later here they all come, can you help me? Well I could if your computer would at least boot up in the next half hour. I can open a mac, book a flight, download it to my calendar, email it to myself and close down before the person next to me can boot up there windows laptop. That is actually a true story. To all the pro windows people out there, I work with both formats side by side every day all over the world, and there is no comparison. Not one. So the next time you have one of these many problems, or you really needed to get something done and couldn’t, take a day an check out the future. Get yourself a mac for your personal, business or creative lifestyle. Mac makes things very smooth and gives you so many tools to interact so many things day to day and lets you focus on you instead of focusing on your technical problems.
I have not been paid to say this either.
